by mysty2001, Jul 03, 2008 08:27PM
I have never had a baby measure behind only a head - so this worried me a little.   Tuesday I was 17 weeks five days - boy was dead on 17 weeks 5 days - girl was only 17 weeks
I did not see the doc just got the u/s - now I am anxiously awaiting seeing doc
I know toward the end last time he was concerned if there was a more than 20 percent disparity in weights - but since I never had disperity in growth I don't know

Yes I hear you. at my 20 week scan my baby boy measured in at a week older than my girl. They had been concived three days apart and from early scans the boy was always bigger by three days. At my next scan six weeks later they were back to three days difference. We put it down to him having his growth spurt first and her catching up a little while later. Good luck and let me know if I can help with anything. Also when they were born he was only 130grams heavier than her
