What is this?

I have had for a while itching in the vagina to the point if I scratch it, it becomes sore. There is no discharge and no odor. I am very uncomfortable and have tried many different creams. I have been married to the same man for 18 years and have never slept with anyone else. I know it is not STD. I am also not on any medication. Does anyone have any ideas on what can be used to correct this? I do have a pool and I swim alot. But I do dry off well afterwards.

You should make an appt with your doc for some basic tests to find out what is going on.
You might also try posting in the women's health forum for more detailed info.
