facial muscle twitching

my problem started 15 years back when i u used too sleep in day time a lot, i was just laying on bed for sleep in night, noticed severe pain in my cheeks and my cheek mass also reduces considerebly, now it is a daily thing, the muscle on my face twitch so much, people become irritable if ithey see my such favce at times.and the problem become too severe if i sleep in day time, or if i wake up early.I have visited my psyciartrics they sugggest me depression medication. i tried but not a one worked right.I need propr diagnosis and cure .pls advise

An electromyograph test is desirable to assess your condition better.
Do you also have altered sensations, fatigue, muscle cramps and exercise intolerance?
You should consult a neurologist and evaluate the cause.
