Hey everyone!

I have a family history of heart disease and therefore I'm in a high risk category for Heart-related problems/ Heart attack.

Does anyone know of resorces that are available online (such as e-books/ videos etc), with information and or advice on various aspects related to heart disease, e.g. diet advice, supplements that can lower risks, specific exercises to do & to avoid, etc. etc.

Free is always nice, but I really don't mind paying for good information.

I'd really appreciate any feedback.
