I just had a miscarriage last october and now. I missed my period. I checked with a pregnancy test andit came back negative. I've been having severe cramps up in my uterus. Does anybody know whats wrong?

It could be anything.  However, if your cramps are really severe (doubled over in pain severe) then you need to see a doctor in case you have something serious going on such as ruptured cyst, ectopic pregnancy etc.
