Sounds like a visit to the doctor is in order to get to the bottom of these serious symptoms.

I would go to the doctor because if I remember correctly, you would be less than 9 weeks and there is NO WAY you wuld feel the baby move as it's a good 3-4 inches BELOW your belly button not above your pubic bone yet. You wouldn't feel it move until the earliest, 16 weeks and that's if you've had kiddos before.  Most people don't feel them move and then it's just the tinest flutter when they are laying down and specifically looking for it until 17-18 weeks and for first time mom's it's usually like 20 weeks or more.  Something else is the problem since all of your blood work for pregnancy has come back negative.  If you don't have positive blood tests, there is really no way you can be pregnant as HCG is present in your blood and can be detected at implantation or about 8-10 days after conception.  You do need to seek medical attention though as something is not right. You should not be collapsing and a doctor needs to do a thorough blood work up and thorough check up to find the cause of the problem.  Good luck.  I hope you didn't take this wrong in any way, I just want you to know that you do need to get help to figure out what is causing this, especially if you are trying to get pregnant. You don't want to get pregnant with this underlying problem.
