Am I Normal or a Weirdo?

I'm a 20 year old guy and masturbate quite a lot. I try to find a chance in the day to have a good long masturbation session when no one is about, usually I also have another few sessions during the day too. I am worried incase this is having a bad effect on my penis and so on. I have a cyst which can easily be felt, had it for a few years now and I don't know if it is whether or not I am worried and imagining it but I do have a fear of tescicular cancer. The cyst doesn't help when I'm having a feel about for lumps or anything and I noticed that one of my testicals is bigger than the other, the one with the cyst is bigger. Recently the one with the cyst began hurting a bit too, but that might be me being worried and imagining the pain, it might be gone tomorrow. Should I be concerned or not? I have already been to the doctor twice for testicular cancer tests, once a few years ago and another time, two years ago and I have been fine.
I must mention on the weirdo side, is it normal for a guy to be turned on by wearing women's underwear? I am entirely straight and happy being male. During the day I usually masturbate whilst wearing thongs, bras, boyshorts and stuff, even putting stuff in the bra to feel like I have breasts. I think I am turned on at how women can look so sexy in underwear and clothes. I usually lie on my bed rubbing my penis on it whilst watching porn films, some straight and some lesbian.
