What fruits & vegetables should be avoided being as I have type 2 diabetes.Been eating a lot of fruits & veg. to try & lose weight & my sugar count is out of control..Up, down, very high etc.

HI,
You should still include fruits and vegetables in your diet as they provide many vitamins and minerals, as well as fiber, which are essential to good health. If your sugars are bouncing around, you may need to more evenly spread the fruits throughout the day, and eat soemting along with it to complex the meal and reduce the glycemic index so that sugars do not change rapidly.  A small amount of peanut butter for instance often works very well when eaten with an apple, or perhaps cottage cheese--something with some protein and fat.
