my vagina is itchy, red and has alot of little bumps.

My vagina lately for the past few weeks has been very itchy. Its very red and it burns when i urinate. There are also little red bumps all over the erea. I have been putting baby powder cream to help because to me it seemed like a rash, but that hasn't helped.
Is there anything at the drugstore that i might be able to buy to get rid of this?
