June Mommies I think it's safe to say we've all delivered...July Mommies are you ready?

June Mommies it was rough but I think we've all delievered (w/ the exception of Wild.Blue).  
Check in ladies how are you guys feeling and how are the little ones?
Are you dropping the weight?
Still Breastfeeding?
Babies gaining weight?
Are they sleeping and most importantly are they letting you sleep?
Plans on going back to work?
You know I want to know it all....let me know!

July Mommies: Do you guys have any questions for us June Moms?  Ask away we've been professional Newborn moms for all of what 3/4 weeks now!!!  (smile)

1) Tired, but Jazmine is doing very well
2) Ive dropped 20 Ibs of the 37 Ibs I gained
3) Breast feeding is going very well.  I am starting to pump to build up a supply for when I go back to work
4) Jazmine had gained 1 Ib at her 2 week appointment.  Birth weight: 7 Ib 3 oz, weight when released from hospital: 6 Ib 10 oz, weight at 2 week check up: 7 Ib 10 oz.
5) Jazmine sleeps but isnt on a schedule.  Sometimes she will sleep for 30 mins and other times its 5 h.  She has been a little colicy at night and we have been given prescription Xantac for her and that seems to be helping.  Last night I got 4h sleep.
6) I have to go back to work 2 months after delivery.  My husband will be a stay at home dad.

It was so fun watching the June mommies have there babies now us July mommies are starting to get impatient waiting for our babies. I'm 38wks 2days today I've been doing alot of walking trying to get this labor on a roll I had my first child at 38 wks so in my eyes I feel over due lol I'm only 1cm dialated and 80% effaced I've been having alot of tighten in my stomach almost at least 3-4 a hour and lots of discharge. Has any of you June mommies eveperience that much tighten and a change in discharge days before you went in labor? (I say days because I'm hopping I meet my drama queen in the next 2-3 days lol)

I hope them newborn aren't giving you guys to much trouble lol

i had posted an update question like this in the june 08 forum but we rarely visit that one anymore :(

i'm feeling alright...  pretty tired and my body aches so i have to take tylenol or motrin at least once a day.
at my 2 wk visit i had lost 12lbs of the 26lbs that i had gained but i have no idea right now how much i could weigh b/c i don't have a scale!
nolan is gaining weight and feeding pretty well.  he is 3 wks old now and at his 2 week visit he had gained 14oz since we had left the hospital.  he has a visit at the end of the week so we'll see how much bigger he's got!
he still sleeps really good too!  at first i was having to set my alarm to wake him up but now he wakes me up!  he's gone one 5 hour stretch so far, but usually wakes up like every 3-4 hours during the night.
i don't have to go to work b/c i stay at home.

Hey everyone.... I am doing okay. Julian is now 16 days old... :(  I am pretty tired and still having a little pain from my tear during delivery but otherwise I am great. Julian has not had his doctors appointment yet but we go tomorrow so I will update when I get back. It seems like he is gaing weight by the little rolls he is getting on his legs. He wakes up about every 2-3 hours but I think he has been very gassy and constipated so we switched bottles and if that dosnt work I am going to switch formula. He eats anywhere between 2-4 oz per feeding and is doing great... I am glad to hear that everyone is doing good.... With the exception of Wild.Blue and I hope she delivers soon.

i was suppost to be a july mommy but my little guy made it into the world way to early in march so its been now 107 days and it looks like he will finally make it home on wed.
wish me and Gabe luck i hope i can be a good mom im getting nervous about having him home more like scared because he will be coming home on oxygen :*(

i was just thinking about how you and your little gabe were doing...  i am sooo happy to hear that he will be coming home this week!!!  being nervous is normal though and you will be an excellent mom...  don't worry!!  :)  good luck!
