I have been having an itch on my scrotum and the Skin is shedding, I haven't had sex for 3 months. the itch bothers me and it usually occur in the morning when I wake up, and when i wash it the itch subside. one night I put a little bit of alcohol, I really felt a burning sensation and pain. but one night i notice that there is something moving on my scrotum like a lice or bug or something, what are the possible disease i got regarding to this symptoms? is this herpes?

Cortizone 10 is not going to work for that, and is not meant to be used on the genitals.
