small bump on right lip of my vigina

i am 20yr old and never had anything like this before its a small bump on my right lip? it does not hurt unless i mess with it ? i found it last night when i used the restroom . i see a doctor every week due to being 9 months prego i was just wondering if this was a bad thing? my doctor has never told me anyhting about me having std and i have have too many cervix exams to count!! so its not like i dont have alot of medically smat eyes down there im just worried i might have somthing and am very worrie it can harm the baby???
