so the right side of my jaw/cheek bone has been hurting for a few days, i didnt get punched or anything, and it clicks a little, i have no idea what it is but im hoping nothing serious since i dotn have insurance

If there isn't anything that might have triggered it, I would put some warm towels on it, take whatever over the counter pain medication you normally would take and see if it gets better in a few days.  If it doesn't, I would advise you to see your dentist to get your TMJ evaluated.
