Does a normal functioning heart leak?

I am 42 years old and have seen 2 Cardiologist since 2004 and both have told me the same thing.  I am too young to have any type of heart problems and that the amount of leakage I have from my mitral, aortic and tricuspid valves are normal.  The one that I am seeing now said that every womans heart has some leakage and that it is normal!  I have had one stress echo that states that I have myocardial ischemia.  It also states that my left atrium is at the upper limits of normal size.  Every EKG that I have is abnormal but yet because my heart cath. came back with no blockage they say my heart is perfectly fine.  My question is are they right?

I suspect that since the left heart catheterization was negative, then the stress test was falsely positive. Also the same explanation for the EKGs. In regards tot he echocardiogram, the amount of valve leakage can vary from trivial to mild to severe. How do they quantify your amount of leakage: if trivial or mild then this must be simply followed, if more severe then valve surgery can be considered. What are your symptoms exactly?
