raised spots inside penis

after unprotected sex with in a month id say i began to see a small darkened blotch of skin. slightly raised inside the tip of my penis opening. only on the left side. before i noticed i sometimes felt an awkward like someone was taking a pin and poking the left side of my tip. an awkward feeling like that. then i noticed the spot. no bleeding. the inside of my shaft does seem to be darkened like its bruised very dark and purplish. but then in the coarse of a day it seems to be more normal swelling is down. skin is pink. but never goes away. looks to be like 3 combined spots on the left and  maybe a tiny spot forming on the right. purple in color

I couldn't begin to guess what this is, but you should be getting it checked.  Don't wait any longer - it won't change the diagnosis.

soo to describe it a little differently. its a bump inside the opening of my penis. goes away when soft. then rises, when the blood is flowing down there. could this be a herpes or a wart of some sort

also noticed rough open soars but not painful like other mouth soars. behind my teeth on the lower gums. also noticed a white discharge small amount like a spot. and a painful urination.

Still can't guess what it is, but it makes even more sense now to get it checked, and I would do this soon.
