hello my name is matthew welch and i think i have a form of OCR. i am really worried about it and need to talk to someone about the horrible thoughts i keep having. i have read your article on violent thoughs and can relate to it. it has only started to appear in my head. i am not a violent person and have no record of violence in my life at all.

i keep haveing thoughts of harming people by thinking about punching them for no reason at all. it is making me scared to go anywere because i constantly have these thoughs while talking to people. i need to talk to someone. i need your help. violent acts towards people. i feel like i have to performe them but i really dnt want to. i cant stop the thoughts. i wake up with them in my head. i fear i will snap one day something in my head is telling me to. i wont and i keep telling myself this but the urges is to strong. i keep haveing to sit on or hide my hands. this dosnt really help. please can you help me. i want these thoughs to go away. i dnt know how to make this happen. please can anyone help me.

Matthew, you can definetly be helped in several different ways by an expert in this problem, and that would be a psychiatrist....ask your doctor for a referral or call the nearest hospital for a referral...you can get relief, so call right away.
