vision impairment

I have been suffering from double vision for almost a year and found nothing wrong. Had MRI scans and found nothing. I am desperate, because i find when i go from darkness to light eg if it is a sunny day and i go into a shop for example i get so paranoid as i cannot focus on one person or one thing. I find this also in a group of people that i cannot focus on one person as i feel i have no control over my eyes. I almost feel like i am dizzy. I also have dry eyes as well. I had an ijury to my left eye from a blow to the side, just above the eyebrow. I was told that i shoul have a operation to rectify the muscle. I am anxious because the eye is such a sensitive part of the body. I would love some serious answers please...

HI,
I am afraid that I cannot be of much assistance to you as this is out of my field of expertise. It sounds like you need a neuro-ophthalmologist.
Sorry I could not be of more help, take care and all the best.
