It is possible that a mild urinary tract infection would cause itching.
Any fungal infection, such as candidiasis, can also do the same.
You can start general measures to control the itching.
Keep fluid intake over 2000 ml per day.
Drink as much of citrus and cranberry juices as possible.
Take cetrizine or claritin to combat the itching.
Avoid the use of any cosmetic or deodorizing chemicals at or near the affected area.
Use canesten locally.
