Ear Ache

I have terrible pain in the bone behind my ear. I think this is the mastoid bone. It hurts really bad. I have been to 3 dentists, 2 endodentists, and 2 neurologists. The dentists say it is either root canal problem or tmj. Endoentists say no sign I need root canal probably tmj. Neurologists told me one to take Aleve and one to take Elavil.
aleve gave me stomach pains the Elavil is anti depressent dont need that as I have Valuim. The pain in Jaw and teeth been going on for 6 weeks. The pain behind my ear about 1 week The pain in my jaw or teeth does not stay in one place. It started in lower left jaw. It has moved to upper right and lower right teeth. Sometimes in upper left and lower left jaw and teeth. I am seeing another neurogist tomorrow. The one I saw last week told me to take Aleve which is silly. It cost me over $100 to see him and he told me to buy a $5 bottle of Aleve. I am very worried. I domt know what to do. I take Vicodin which I have left over from my broken leg but that onl helps for a couple of hours. I have had pains in my mastoid bone before but not since I was a child and this hurts really bad. I forgot to write that I am also a headache and migraine sufferer. I dont kniw what to do any more I am in such pain
