To me this is completely normal. You are young and "tight". As time goes on you will loosen up and things will change some, just as when one buys a new guitar amplifier. Once it is broken in and and the speaker loosens up, it sounds even better than it did right out of the box.

Standing straight up is normal... some guys let their penis hang down while other leave it point up if they wear brefs which would stop it from pointing out when not erect. After its erect everyone tries to hide them in public situations... Having it already pointed up may help keep it going in the right direction so you can hide it easier...
