pain comes from out of the blue

i have had this bad cough for about over a month i went to my doctor an he said it was probably allergies so he gave me allergiey medsit got better in about a week but i'm still coughing real bad, and clear flem comes up. but i also have been having pains in between my shoulder blades, and between my breast. to the point the pain stops me in my tracks.and the pain shoots all time . and in this time also i have real bad pain on my right side where my liver is but it comes and go's. please help me .
