What does it mean to have low hormones and TSH with normal T4 and T3

Thryoid, Pituitary or post menapausal - How will I ever know the truth?
I have been struggling with 3 gynocologist for a couple years.  The first lady said nothing was wrong with me even though my periods were so heavy I couldn't make a 30 minute to work without stopping at a gas station bathroom to change protection.  She wanted to do ablation without checking my uterus for problems then suggested an IUD.  The second dr actually placed the IUD and did an ultrasound to confirm there had been no damage during placement.  He said that I had fibroids and one was positioned in the canal of the uterus and the IUD would not help with bleeding.  The first lady disagreed when I was in so much pain 6 weeks later that she finally removed the IUD.  The third dr put me on YAZ to control horrible symptoms of PMS and to control the bleeding.  She did not think the ultrasound showed significant fibroid issue.  YAZ was good with moods but the bleeding never bacame regular or light.  Last dr recommended scoping the uterus, biospies, dnc and ablation if all looked good.  So I did that and have not had a period since.
However, my family dr felt that I had hormone dificiencies due to night sweats that soaked me and my bed, vaginal dryness, night time frequent urination, trouble sleeping, dry eyes, vision changes daily... etc.  He did blood test that show my hormone levels are post-menapausal.  I took them to my obgyn 1 week after the procedure for the ablation.  She apologized for not testing hormones prior to the ablation but said the fibroid was so large after she went in that she now believes it was the cause for my periods.  She said it was obvious to her that I was post-men based on the blood test.  I am now on HRT.   Night sweats are almost gone.
However, now my TSH thyroid continue to drop from .079 to .05 in the last 6 months.  My FSH is less than .03 but my t3 t4 and all the other thyroid is normal.  Now my family dr wants to discuss pituitary causes.
MY QUESTION:   Am I really post menapausal?  I am 45 years old.  OR is this symptomatic of other issues such as pituitary or thyroid issues.  I argue with him that I can not be hyper thyroid because I have always been struggling with my weight.  I am gaining now.  My weight fluctuates by 5-7 lbs within two or three days.  I am always bloated and miserable.  All my weight seems to be pushed up so high that I feel like I will choke some days.  Is that the HRT?  Is it thyroid?  Is it possible that I am hypo and that is why I am so tired and gaining weight uncontrollably.
Will pituitary correction lead to more weight gain if that is the problem?   HOw do I control my weight with all this mess going on and how do I find out what is really wrong with me???????????????
