All I can tell you is that I was in a similar situation. My doc told me that low levels don't show that your are definatetly going to miscarry. The numbers are supposed to double every 30-48 hrs. That's why they want you to have the test every two days. If you're concerned about it, ask your doctor to explain it to you in layman's terms and to tell you if they're concerned! Will be praying for you!!!
