Tips on weahing twins

by tam2girls, Jul 07, 2008 10:40PM
Hi this is my first time on this forum. I am attempting to wean my twins they are 12months. The problem I have is my little girl is well and truely attatched to the breast and my little man is I think weaning himself. I just want to know if anyone has any tips to try and make it easier for all of us?

I sort of let the babies guide themselves. My youngest son finally weaned at roughly 19 mos. The single best piece of advice is to go gradually. Drop a feeding every few days or week and it will really minimize the pain for you and make the transition easier for them.
