I wish I could help you but it is just too hard to tell what may be wrong. Is there any emergency vet in your area?  Maybe a low cost vet that is usually associated with the Humane Society or ASPCA - sounds like he needs to go in and be examined.

Male cats often get uriary crystals and that makes them not want to drink or eat... it can be helped. If at all possible see if there is a low cost vet near you.   Good luck and let us know how Scooter is doing?

I agree with newleaf. you must take him to a vet. there is something wrong and he needs help. Is there no place that can help if you are a low wage earner? or pay the vet bit at a time. either way he needs a vet.

I too agree with newleaf,  call around to your vets office.  Our vet has a 30 to 90 day check hold policy.  Maybe even call the local animal control, they maybe able to tell you something.  Good luck.
