This may not be an STD. STD's usually present with rash or ulcerations in the groin area. You may ask your boyfriend about this. Other differentials may be varicocele or hydrocele which may present as large swelling or lumps in the area .A scrotal ultrasound may help ascertain the cause of this. In the absence of pain, burning sensation during urination and rash or ulcerations in the area, this may not be something you should be worried about. However, it is necessary that you speak to your boyfriend about this.
