Is low blood pressure a symptoms of hiv infection reason why i am asking Had and encounter 3 month ago about 1mo and a half after the encounter my blood began to be low I always had high blood pressure I even take high blood presure medicine but had to stop because If I took it it would send pressure so low.. Can someone answer this for me.

Without some further explanation, I am not sure anyone here will be able to assess your HIV risk. My guess is that you had no risk, but, if you would care to share the details, I am sure that some knowledgeable person would be able to help you with this.
Just for the record, no, low blood pressure is not a symptom of HIV that I have ever read about or heard of.
