Hi,

The symptoms of bladder cancer and bladder infection usually overlap like frequent urination, stinging pain across the pubic bone and hematuria.
I would suggest you to schedule an appointment with your urologist as you need to under a clinical exam and possibly some tests lime cystoscopy, ultrasound and IVP (intravenous pyelogram). Please keep me posted.
