I know a 10-year old child who has been diagnosed with celiac disease, but the only symptom he presents is unontrollable bowel movements. Is this a common symptom, because I can't find it listed on any information page.  He presents no other symptoms.  Please let me know. Thanks.

Yes, that side affect is the most common side effect. I have a husband and two children with celiac disease and that was their most common symptom.
