Giving a **...reason to test?

Is giving a ** without protection a viable reason to test for HIV?  even if he does not ejaculate?...but does have some precum.

I am sorry...I do not think I was clear enough on the original statement because of the blocking out of the word.

I performed oral sex on someone whose HIV status is unknown. He did not ejaculate in my mouth with the exception of some pre-seminal fluid. Is there a risk for HIV infection through this manner?
