It sure is bizarre.  I don't share all of your symptoms but I can relate to a few and they are annoying.
...The excessive uncontrolled sweating is crazy.  It radiates from inside and I can be sitting completely still when it happens.  It gets so bad the sweat runs down my back.  How attractive.  No matter what I try it keeps coming.
...Difficulty breathing with my nose.  It constantly feels blocked even though I had sinus surgery earlier this year it is worse.
...The ears have been a problem too.  They are itch all the time and has now I have hearing loss in one ear.  I had them checked and was told it is not a normal hearing loss.  Great.  I always wanted to be a medical marvel.
