do i have thrush?

I have had itching for quite a long time on my vagina and also alot of creamy white discharge and this has been on and off for a bout 1 year...it is also a bit smelly and i dont no wheather it is thrush...i have not had sex in nearly 3 years and i am really worried about this...how long would it take for a test to come back from the doctor if i went to get one???help

thrush in your vagina is call a yeast infection. they could more than likely just look at it and see its a yeast infection its not a big deal it happens all the time
