Hi,

Papillary carcinoma of thyroid cannot be caused by a STD or AIDS , it is just a coincidence. Also papillary carcinoma does not increase the risk for getting AIDS or STD. These diseases spread by unprotected sex and blood transfusion from an infected person. I would advise you to be more careful in future.

thanks for ur froutful advise. but one thing doctor, i steel feel weekness, and littlebit knee pain sometimes.  everybody sure that there is nothing but physical condition say something inside me . my cancer cell allready removed.but i had thyroid antibody also.

Hi,

The presence of thyroid antibodies indicates an autoimmune thyroid disease. The antibodies are mildly elevated in thyroid cancer as well.Since you had papillary cancer these antibody titers must have been high.
The weakness that you are feeling could be an after effect of surgery. I would advise you to take a multivitamin supplement and see if it makes any difference to your current symptoms. Let me know if you need any more information.

Dear
thanks all of u said.and u participeted with me so much. i am so happy to find u. if u read my posts of HIV forum, u can understand how deep my problem is?i understand everything.i just want to say after that incident i felt like that and gland also swallled that time. before the incident i had no fatigue or anything . i was a healthy man. in these three months i got too much stress in my mind.and with my body also. just i have question that why these symptoms not occured before the incident. there is a  point that i took  a glass of bear when i did sex. i feel the bear is bad. and asked the waiter, he said it fresh. after the glass, i didnt took more. can be the expired bear react on my gland. and made the antibodies.

Hi,

An expired beer could not have given you thyroid antibodies. Thyroid antibodies are present in autoimmune thyroid disease. In autoimmune disease the body develops antibodies against its own organs. In other words the body develops antibodies to attack its own cells. The exact cause of autoimmune diseases is still not known.

Hi,

I think the disturbed sleep is due to all the anxiety and stress. I would advise you to take a mild tranquilizer at night. You can also try reading a book or listening to some soft music around your bedtime. Breathing exercises will also help you relax. Take care!
