Chest Pain

by feathertail02, Jul 09, 2008 11:52AM
OK, I am a child (14) So I'm not sure if I am in the right forum, but whatever. Well, ever since I swallowed this tiny pill dry, every time I swallow something solid, my chest hurts. It take about half a second for the pain to kick in and it hurts BAD if I swallowed something too big. So now the only things I can eat with minimal pain are: Beans, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, and Cheeto's Puffs. My parents already know and neither of us can see what a doctor could do without an expensive X-ray. Has anyone had this? Does it go away? Please help!

See a doctor or free health clinic (they can sometimes be hard to find) and they can probably help you.  If xray's are needed they can usually be received at a TB clinic.

It is always worth playing it safe and get any pain on swallowinh checked out, also try drinking more with the meals also ,it could be it gets stuck in your esophagus, sometimes if I swallow a pilll with out water or not enough it hurts for a minute, alsp try it wth meals so you are eating aswell .
