could you get rashes that itch due to asthma?

Rashes that itch are not from asthma. But people who have asthma are more likely to be atopic, having the tendency to develop allergies, making allergic rashes a possibility. That is no guarantee that your rash is allergic as there are many non-allergic causes of itchy rashes.
