pale spot on my son's lip

My 2 yr old son has a slightly paler tint to one half of his upper lip. It has been this way for a while. Is this something I should worry about? He has also started to have a single brown freckle on his jaw but I have been told he is too young to freckle. His father does have a few moles and tags tho. Could this be an early mole?

Just to update, my son is still breast fed. My sister suggested this could be a callus from milk blisters. Could that be it?
