what are the possibilites

i recently went to the E.R and the dr said i had bumps on the outside of my cervix he said he didnt know what it was, that i needed to see a specialist ....... a few days later i went to the obgyn that dr said that i was so irritated red and swollen inside that he couldnt see to good that i also had a few diffrent infections Bacterial,fungus,and a really bad yeast infection and everything was so thick thats why i didnt realize i had theese infections .. the dr prescribed 3 diffrent things to clear it up inside so that on my next appointment he could see better. and im really worried what could cause all of this and why hasent the dr given me any clue to what it could be
