PMDD???

I was just wondering if maybe I have PMDD. I have polycystic ovarion syndrome so I am taking BC pills to help me get my period every month. Well, it seems like 3-4 days berfore I get my period, I feel really anxious and I feel like sometimes I am going to lose control. It is very scary to me. I also get irratable and very moody. I also get leg aches, too. Sometimes I get headaches. I have been on a low-estrogen Birth control pill for 1 yr. I always thought that it was the Birth control pills. But I just learned about PMDD. I don't always feel like this, it is only around the time of my period. It really bothers me. Does anybody have any advice?

You sound like me. I have pcos and pdd. Basicly pdd is like pms on steriods. It is way intense and emtions are next to impossible to controll. When the doc diagnosed me I actually laughed.. The whole time I thought I was going crazy when come to find out I just get realllllllllllllly bad pms! For me a low dose of Paxil the week b4 my period makes my life liveable
