I need help in telling me what I have

I have had a on and off again problem for the last 3 years. I have never had any pain or burning during urination but about 3 years ago I started feeling a slight tingling type of feeling in my penis while I was not urinating. It went on for a couple of months and I then went to the emergency room. The took a urine sample and a culture. My urine sample came back positive for a infection so the gave me antibiotics gonorrhea and  chlamydia. When my cultures came back they were both negative. So a month later I went to a std clinic to get a second opinion and again my urine came back positive for an infection so they gave me antibiotics but again my cultures came back negative. The problem has came and gone over the last 2 years. In the last year or so I have been having some pain in my testicles periodaclly. In the last year have also been hetting red bumbs on my inner thighs and a burning sensation in my inner thighs. I have now been getting pain in my thighs along with the burning sensations. I was wondering if my cultures came back negative what can be causing these symptoms.

Oh I am sorry I missed that the first time.  Have you had a herpes test to rule that out?  You should ask your doctor for a type specific IgG blood test to find out if you have that.  If you don't, it might be an allergic reaction to something or a fungal infection.  What does your doctor say about the bumps?

NGU doesn't typically spread to kidneys, but it could explain the testicular pain.  Prostatitis could also cause this, so you should follow up with your doctor.

Can ngu or nsu also be the cause of the red bumps and burning in my inner thighs that come and go. Can this type of infection spread to my kidneys and other organs and cause serious problems?

Well, there is something called NGU or NSU.  What it means is that you have an infection in your urethra that is not caused by gonorrhea or chlamydia.

Since this is recurring for you, you need to have your doctor do a urine culture, find out exactly what bacteria is causing this, and then do a sensitivity test to find out what antibiotic will cure it.

You should also have a prostate exam to rule out any infection there.
