burning feeling after urinating and white discharge

hi doctor, i had unprotected sex with a sex worker and a week after it started a burning feeling after urinating and often a white discharge is seen,i consult local Doctor, he precribed me antibiotics twice, but still its uncured, i am really worried of this situvation

Keep on the anitbiotics and if that doesn't work, get back to your Doctor and get a stronger Antibiotic. A Floxin based drug will do the trick! Oh, and we are NOT Doctors in here!!
