7mm Pocket

I have a new crown with temporary cement at the moment. It hurts, so I went to the Endodontist to see if it needs a Root Canal.. The Doctor said that it would only make it 30% better as I have a 7 mm pocket there. That's nice that I know that, but what do I do now? It still hurts. Will I lose the tooth? It's tooth #30.. I've talked with you, Scottma before regarding this problem and what it might be. It's about four months now that I've been trying to figure out what to do... Thanks, as always for all your help. Looking forward to hearing from you.

The source of pain may be occlusal interference of new crown or periodontitis. Occlusal interference may aggravate periodontal condition. Seeing a periodontist and occlusion dentist is advised.
