I am so sorry for your loss you must have been devastated, and it is hard getting through this , accept these feelings for the moment ,you are grieving and its okay to feel bad,if you have a good friend or relative you can talk to that may help or go seek out some Professsional help there are good grief councillors out there.Your thoughts are making you feel worse especially the ones regarding your Boyfriend if you have no reason to think he doesnt love you assume he does, talk to him hes feeling Bad aswell,Go with the flow and let time heal .

I am sorry for the lost of your twins.. but this is the moment where your boyfriend needs to prove himself in being next to you.. to help you through this situation.. just remember that some men ok most men don't show their feeling even as bad things could be...

Over 30 years ago I lost my first born at 34 weeks.  I went on to have 3 beautiful children and now 8 adorable grandchildren.  My life has been one blessing after another, but I still miss my little one.  I feared everything at first, and most especially that I would forget her.  How ridiculous I know now that I was!  We always carry these special babies in our hearts and minds and there is comfort in knowing that they are waiting for us on the other side.  God really does take care of us and loves us in the same way we love our babies.  Don't let your mind make things harder for you.  Try to realize that if your boyfriend is the man you DESERVE he will be there for you.  If not, you deserve someone who will love you in the ways you need.

God bless you and keep you.  Cherish those babies in your heart and embrace the love that God has for you right now.  I will be praying for you.
