This pain in abdomen after bowel movement could be because of constipation. I would suggest to you to drink at least 8-10 glasses of water in a day and eat a fiber rich diet. You can also try taking a OTC mild laxative.
If symptoms do not improve in few days please schedule an appointment with a physician and undergo a complete clinical evaluation.
