What is happening?

Hey everyone I have tested at 12 weeks after a possible exposure and my results came back negative. I was tested with the Oraquick with a blood sample from my finger, however now at 15 weeks I've been experiencing cold like symptoms, runny nose, itchy rash under my armpit, stomach discomfort, sissyness, nauseous, and tiredness. What could this be?
