I don't believe there is a "standard treatment". Menopause is not an illness it's a natural progression in a woman's life.

I'm not a proponent of hormone replacement therapy, so my standard treatment was to allow nature to take its course.

I do have minimal symptoms and they've not been debilitating for me. I do realize that there are some women who have a very tough time with the symptoms of menopause and for those I totally understand their choice to allow their doctor to prescribe something to help them over the hump. Otherwise I feel it's best to leave things alone.

Your FSH is too low to be considered menopausal, but your estrodial is a bit low. So you are perimenopausal.

Your treatment would depent on how severe your symptoms are. If you are having severe bleeding or hot flashes then the doctor could treat you with bio-identical hormones. Otherwise there is no reason, in my opinion for any treatment. Have your bone density checked too.
