IS THIS A SIGN OF A STROKE?

MY GRANDMOTHER IS 78 YEARS OLD. SHE WAS DIAGNOSED WITH BRADYCARDIA YEARS BACK AND HAS A PACEMAKER. SHE ACTUALLY HAD IT REPLACED A FEW MONTHS BACK. SHE'S HAD HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE FOR MANY YEARS AND HAD TO BE HOSPITALIZED BEORE. LAST NIGHT HER BLOOD PRESSURE WAS AT 198. SHE SAID SHE FELT THE ROOM SPINNING AND FELT VERY HOT. SHE SAID SHE FELT LIKE IF SHE WAS BURNING FROM THE INSIDE. SHE DID TAKE HER BLOOD PRESSURE MEDICATION THAT DAY. WAS THIS A SIGN OF A STROKE. SHE DIDN'T HAVE CHEST PAIN. I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY SHE FELT SO HOT. I CAN UNDERSTAND HER BEING DIZZY. CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME UNDERSTAND WHAT SHE IS GOING THROUGH. SHE IS GOING TO THE ER TODAY. BUT I WOULD WANT SOME MORE ANSWERS. THANKS
