are arthritis medicines bad for you?

Thank you for your response.  I didn't start having heartburn until I had taken Mobic for 4 or 5 months, in February of this year I went to the emergency room with chest pain and my blood pressure was 165/113, my blood pressure is usually 110/72.  So I was a little concerned, they did lots of tests, x-ray, EKG, and came to the conclusion that it is was heartburn due to the mobic.  The doctor prescribed nexium, which I have been taking ever since, and it seems to help with the chest pain.  Since my blood pressure was high the doctor prescribed another arthritis medicine, can't remember what it was but it didnt seem to help, so he prescribed diclofenac and it caused me to retain water so he prescribed Celebrex, which I felt was working, but when I went for my regular check up he had blood work done and low iron were the results.  So now he is requesting the upper GI evaluation.  I am currently just taking extra-strength Tylenol.  I took Tylenol arthritis, but it didn't seem to help any more than just regular extra-strength Tylenol.

The pain I feel in my chest causes me to feel like it hurts to breath deeply.  It would sometimes cause me to wake in my sleep and I felt like I needed someone to burp me.  When I would finally belch it would be from way down deep.

My doctor put me on Ferosol to help restore my iron.  I started that yesterday.

Any other advise you have for me I would appreciate.  Oh and I don't have any problems swallowing food or water.

Thank you
