hi pogo!

Try searching....glutenfreemall.com

I am not sure , but i do think quinoa is something you can try. My neighbor has to be on a gluten free diet also.

Perhaps this site can give you some ideas.

Hope all is well,
Snooze

Hi, I have been advised not to eat any grains and so avoid eating cereals.  I was told only to eat Rice Krispies.  I have been a lot better since I stopped eating cereals and grains.  The Rice Krispies are easy to eat and I don't get all the creasing stomach pains that I used to get.  I recommend that you try having this for your breakfast or supper.  They are nice with warm milk and I have a little bit of sugar on them.   It is really soothing and you feel that at least you are getting some nourishment when your stomach is so sensitive.  Hope this helps.

I agree with snowleopard.  I always eat the Rice Krispies when my IBS is acting up.  There's no fiber in them.  You can have the cocoa krispies too, I think.
