Possible kidney infection or damage?

Hello doctor, I'm a 27 year old male, my current symptoms:
-Chest pains
-Abdominal cramping/pain/swelling/tenderness
-Reduced urination, low urine output
-Drink plenty of liquids esp. water, don't smoke or drink
-painful, burning urination
-no urge to urinate, just go when I haven't gone in awhile with only a little coming out during each micturition.
-back and forth diahrea and constipation
-Very little sweating at my job
Any insight or knowledge would be much apreciated,

You have been experiencing some abdominal symptoms for how long?
I suggest that you have a complete physical examination with an internist. A digital rectal examination will help assess the prostate. Swelling or enlargement of the prostate may suggest an underlying prostate problem which may present with changes in urinary patterns.
An abdominal CT scan and colonoscopy may also be necessary. A baseline EKG may be done to assess the chest pains.
What tests have been done so far?
