Blurred vision after cataract surgery

by Littlegrass, Jul 12, 2008 10:07PM
My mother, 82 years old, had cataract surgery on her left eye one month ago. After the surgery, she not only didn't feel any eyesight improvement, but also had been experiencing serious blurred vision, haziness, and soreness on both eyes. She felt like having films on her eyes.

The doctor told her to stop using the eye drop prescribed after the surgery and said nothing was wrong with the surgery. Could you suggest what could be the reason and how to treat the symptoms?

Thank you very much.
